The concept of Midweek is designed as a dynamic platform to empower followers of Christ within our church body to deepen their relationship with God and relationships with others. By expanding Wednesday nights at WOG beyond our existing middle and high school program, MIDWEEK aims to encompass our entire church body and cultivate an everyday-discipleship mentality.
Rooted in the Great Commission's mandate to "make disciples of all nations," the program encourages us as participants to intentionally apply biblical teachings to our daily lives. We believe Word Of Grace can be an effective training ground to foster confidence in scripture, and equip us all to share the Good News beyond the church community!
Beginning January 10th, you are invited to join us at Word of Grace as we walk out some of our church's core values as we keep JESUS at the CENTER, do life TOGETHER and prioritize PRAYER. Midweek classes will meet 6:30pm-8:00pm each Wednesday night. Our Garden Youth ministry (grades 6-12) has already been meeting at this time and we are eager to open the rest of the building with classes for our kids grades K-5, as well as class and group offerings for our adults!
Not every Christian needs to go to seminary, but there are certain teachings of the Bible that every Christian should know. Whether you're a relatively new believer in Jesus or a mature Christian who wants a solid foundation for understanding the most basic and essential teachings of the Bible, Christian Beliefs is for you.
The Garden exists to lead young people to know and be known by Jesus, to equip them with a firm foundation in the Christian Faith, and to provide them with the tools needed to walk out the love of Christ in saving faith when they enter the world.
When kids see how stories from the Bible fit together, they can understand God's purpose in all of history, from the beginning of the world to the present. "The Biggest Story" is a class that is especially geared towards students in Kindergarten - 5th grade. We will gather for fun games, a group lesson, and a snack!
Bible 101, a class for everyone! Don't know anything or next to anything about the Bible? Join us in a safe environment to explore: an introduction to the uniqueness of the Bible, an overview of the Old Testament and New Testament, insights in how to start reading and studying the Bible and more!
